Flexible insert management

Replace static, pre-printed flyers with personalised inline inserts. Using our six-hopper inserters, we selectively insert variable brochures, offers or documents based on customer profiles. This improves targeting and reduces waste.

Returned mail and alternate delivery

Undelivered mail doesn’t go to waste. Returned packs are scanned using embedded barcodes, automatically matched to metadata and redirected via a secure digital channel where applicable. All outcomes are logged and reported.

High-volume print infrastructure

Fujifilm DMS operates over 100 high-speed printers across Australia, delivering crisp black text, detailed greyscale and vibrant full colour output at 600 DPI resolution. Our infrastructure supports most print languages, with advanced transformation tools that ensure even unsupported formats can be accurately converted, maintaining output quality across all applications.


Intelligent inserting & tracking

With over 90 inserters using file-based processing, we ensure unmatched accuracy across each mail pack, achieving greater than 99.9999981% integrity, or fewer than 0.019 defects per million. Barcode-driven tracking and MRDF logic provide page-level visibility and selective inserting across six hopper channels, helping deliver the right materials to the right recipients with confidence.


Full colour personalisation

Replace costly static flyers with full colour inline inserts personalised to each recipient. By producing inserts dynamically during the print run, Fujifilm DMS helps reduce reliance on pre-printed stock, simplify inventory management and enable more tailored communications. This significantly improves both campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.


Distributed print & lodgement

We are the only provider in the industry with production and business continuity operations across five capital cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. This distributed model enables in-state mail lodgement with Australia Post, helping to reduce postage costs, improve delivery timeframes and ensure continuity of service during disruption.


Inbound mail management

Our end-to-end returned mail solution covers mail collection, envelope opening, scanning, metadata tagging and client reporting. Returned mail is securely received via locked PO boxes and scanned using barcode identifiers, enabling tracking, audit trails and, where required, redirection into a digital communication channel.


Mailpack metadata & reporting

Each mailpack is embedded with a 16-character UID via a 4-state barcode (DPID), allowing us to capture, store and track metadata at every stage. This supports mailpack-level identification, reconciliation and follow-up communication. Clients gain access to detailed reporting through our secure portal or SFTP delivery.
