The Multi-Channel Customer Communications Management platform by Fujifilm DMS is built to integrate seamlessly with both new and existing systems. Designed and developed in-house, it operates from ISO 27001:2022 certified Australian data centres and is monitored 24×7 by our dedicated Operations team. The platform provides secure, scalable orchestration of communication workflows, whether triggered via file, metadata or structured system input.
API and metadata-driven orchestration. Built on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the platform uses standard enterprise technologies to configure complex communication workflows. Services are triggered in defined sequences based on client-specific metadata or data flags, enabling secure, automated delivery across multiple channels.
Batch file ingestion and low-code workflow configuration. The platform supports ingestion of one or more client input files for all communication types. Its low-code design maximises reusability and reduces the time, risk and complexity involved in onboarding new applications. Files are processed within isolated, encrypted virtual environments with routing decisions handled programmatically.
Automated channel selection with failover. Delivery channels are determined by metadata or customer flags, such as email, post, SMS or Peppol. Our system can automatically reroute undelivered messages to a secondary channel (for example, from email to SMS). This ensures reliable delivery without manual intervention.
Real-time monitoring and reconciliation. All communication activity is tracked in real time via the Fujifilm DMS Service Portal. Clients have visibility across every record and channel, including those rerouted through failover logic. Comprehensive reconciliation reporting is provided as standard, with options to export via SFTP or access static reports online, ensuring every message is accounted for.
