From high volume batch uploads to real time API submissions, our secure processing engine handles it all. It transforms your input data into compliant, channel-ready output without manual intervention.

Here’s how we simplify the data onboarding and preparation process:

Accept data in any format. We can work with a wide range of file types, whether they’re structured formats like CSV, XML, Excel or print-ready formats such as PDF, Postscript, AFP. There’s no need to manually reformat — we take the files as they come.

Connect with your existing systems. Integration is flexible. You can send data using SFTP, REST APIs, SOAP web services or even proprietary transfer methods. There’s no need to change your existing setup.

Automatically trigger processing. As soon as your data arrives, our platform picks it up and starts processing right away. It’s fast, reliable and doesn’t require any manual handling.

Normalise for consistency. We standardise your incoming data into a consistent format that works across all downstream processes. This helps ensure reliable automation and accurate delivery.

Apply business logic. We apply your unique processing rules like delivery preferences, suppression files or retention flags to make sure each message is handled the right way before it’s sent.

Automate and extract data. Documents and metadata are processed using automated classification, data extraction and full-text capture. Exceptions are managed by local teams to ensure accuracy and maintain high straight-through processing rates.

Prepare for multi-channel output. Once processing is complete, documents, metadata, reports and reconciliation files can be securely returned via email, SMS, post, print, SFTP, API, removable media, online portals or loaded to ViewDocs. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted prior to transmission. Reports and delivery summaries can be provided via SFTP or other agreed methods.
