In Australia, our Data Management Solutions division has evolved from traditional print services into a leader in secure, data-driven communications. 2025 – Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) Senate Processing

Since 2016, Fujifilm DMS has partnered with the AEC to deliver a Senate ballot scanning and verification system, processing over 18 million ballot papers with enhanced accuracy and efficiency across every state and territory in Australia.

Since 2006, Fujifilm DMS have been independently certified to ISO27001. Our certification covers our information technology infrastructure, cloud services, development, operations and Data Centre facilities management.

2023 – Self-Service Digital Messaging Capabilities

Fujifilm Message Centre released allowing self-service digital SMS and MMS messaging accessible via web UI or API, in a secure and compliant environment for regulated industry.

An innovative capability that allowed documents and other content to be accessed through a “SecureLink” (delivered by email and SMS), with security features to protect against unauthorised access.

ViewDocs was the first application to be released through the Fujifilm DMS SaaS Service Portal, and provided an increasingly modern and secure interface for clients to access copies of correspondence sent and received from their customers.
